We are collaborating with the Smart Manufacturing Research Institute (SMRI), Universiti Teknologi Mara, using Altair Inspire Cast for advanced casting simulations to optimize mold designs and production processes. This software enables the simulation of metal flow and solidification processes, predicting casting defects, and providing valuable insights for mold design.

By utilizing these computer simulation tools, casting designers can swiftly and accurately develop casting solutions that meet customer requirements. Through simulations, different design options can be evaluated to select the best casting solution. These software tools also enhance production efficiency and quality, while reducing costs and mitigating the risk of casting defects."
